1,600 s/f office building; installation of 4" band mill with capacity to cut logs up to 36" diameter and 32' in length.  Sawmill will be primarily for cutting Eastern Red Cedar 80-90%, and Cypress 10-20%.  The transfer of manufacturing processes will be accomplished in phases over a period of 6 to 12 months beginning with the chamfer & rustication line in May 2007.  The process should minimize the down time of any manufacturing line, and customers are expected to see no change in capacity or lead times for filling orders.  Phase two construction will include an additional 10,000 s/f manufacturing / warehouses and a dry kiln.  Phase two scheduled to begin Spring 2008.</div> <bR> <div> <B>April 2006</B></div> <bR> <div> Ryan Wholesale has been selected to provide products to be featured on HGTV's popular <I>Landscaper's Challenge </I>cable television program.  Filmed just outside Austin in the lake side community of Spicewood Texas, this episode of <I>Landscaper's Challenge</I> includes a Pergola Kit manufactured by Ryan Wholesale, Inc as a centerpiece of the winning design.
